3月末に引っ越しを終え、外に出てみると桜の花びらが落ちていた。桜の木は見えず、花びらだけがあった。 桜の花びらがまんじゅうの上に着地すると桜まんじゅうになるという関係を思い立ち、家の近くの桜の木まで歩き、木の下にまんじゅうを置いて桜まんじゅうが出来上がるのを待つことにした。 しばらくすると、向かいから猫がやってきた。猫はまんじゅうを食べたいようで、僕が目を離すタイミングを伺っている。 僕はただ、桜まんじゅうが出来上がるのを待っていただけだったが、まんじゅうを猫に奪われないように目を離せなくなってしまった。 結果的に、桜まんじゅうは出来上がらず、猫はまんじゅうの外側の甘すぎない皮の部分を齧っていった。

After moving in at the end of March, I walked out the front door to find quite a few cherry blossom petals had fallen. There were no cherry trees in sight, only petals. When a cherry blossom petal falls on a manjuu, it becomes a sakura manjuu. I decided to walk to a cherry blossom tree near my house, put my manju under the tree, and wait for the sakura manju to be made. After a while, a cat came from across the street. The cat seemed to want to eat the manju, and was waiting for me to take my eyes off it. I was just waiting for the manju to be made, but I could not take my eyes off the manju so that the cat would not take it away from me. However, the cherry manju was not finished, and the cat took a bite of the not-too-sweet outer skin of the manju.

レシピ 0.蒸籠や電子レンジなど、自分のキッチンの設備で出来るだけ 簡単に作れるレシピをレシピサイトで探そう。 作るのが大変そうだったらスーパーでまんじゅうを買おう。

2.ホットケーキミックス:50gとあんこ:80gと水:大さじ2を用意する。 3.ホットケーキミックスと水をひとまとまりに捏ね、4当分にする。 4.あんこを4当分にする。 5.ラップを敷き、打ち粉をする。 6.それをラップの上に置き、薄く伸ばす。 7.伸ばした生地の上にあんこを置く。

8.あんこを包む。 9.クッシングシートを敷いた耐熱皿の上に生地を乗せ、表面を水で濡らす。 10.ふんわりラップをかけてレンジで500Wで1分半~2分程度加熱する。

11.桜の木を探す。 12.好きなお皿に乗せ、桜の木の下に置く。 13.春が訪れ、待った桜の花弁がまんじゅうの上に落下するのを待つ。

2. Prepare pancake mix:50g, bean paste:80g and water:2 tablespoons.

3. Mix the pancake mix and water together and divide into 4 portions.

4. Divide the red bean paste into 4 portions.

5. Prepare a sheet of plastic wrap and flour the surface.

6. Put the dough on the plastic wrap and roll it out thinly.

7. Put the bean paste on the rolled dough.

8. Wrap the bean paste in the dough.

9. Place the dough on a baking pan lined with a baking sheet and wet the surface with water.

10. Cover with fluffy plastic wrap and heat in a microwave oven at 500W for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

11. Find a sakura tree.

12. Place on a plate of your choice and place under the sakura tree.

13. Wait for spring to come and the petals of the waiting sakura to fall onto the manjuu.

展示空間にまんじゅうを設置した。展示空間の入り口は引き戸になっていて、大きく開放できる。 展示空間の周りには、桜の木は見えず、ドアの隙間を潜り抜けなければ花びらが着地することもない。
