2024.2.3-11 段ボール、ブランケット、紙

ある日のしりとりの中で、相手は何気ない言葉を答え、僕は展覧会に必要そうな物で返答した。 このやりとりを頼りに、いくつかの商品をAMAZONで注文した。展覧会会場を配達先に指定し、入り口の壁に置き配の指示書を 設置しておいた。配達員が設置したダンボールの位置をズラさないように気をつけながら、建物の前を通る猫が暖まれるように部屋の暖房を付け、ブランケットを敷いておいた。

自身の振る舞いによって中断してしまった(されてしまった) 出来事があり、そうした経験を重ね合わせた。制作においても、その多くを相手の振る舞いに委ねることで進める。

2024.2.3-11 Cardboard, blankets, paper

One day in a Shiritori exchange, the other person responded with a few casual words and I responded with items that I might need for the exhibition. Relying on this exchange, I ordered some items from AMAZON.

I designated the exhibition venue as the delivery destination, and placed the delivery instructions on the wall at the entrance. I turned on the room heater and laid out a blanket so that a cat passing in front of the building would be warmed up, being careful not to dislocate the cardboard boxes placed by the deliveryman.

I had to superimpose these experiences on the events that had been interrupted by my own gestures. In the production process, I leave much of the work to the other person's gesture.
